Black Friday Smart eGift Card Promotion 2024

Terms and Conditions

Promoter

1. The Promoter is Prezzee Limited (NZBN 9429049008357) of Level 4, Smith & Caughey Building, 253 Queens Street, Auckland 1010 New Zealand (the Promoter).

2. The Black Friday Smart eGift Card 2024 Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.

Promotion Period

3. The Promotion will commence at 12:pm NZDT on 12 November 2024 and will finish at 11:59pm NZDT on  December 2024 (Promotion Period). 

The Offer

4. During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked Black Friday Smart eGift Card (Promotional Gift Card) with a face value of $150.00 from www.prezzee.co.nz (or New Zealand mobile application) and receive a $10.00 Prezzee Smart Bonus eGift Card (Bonus Digital Gift Cards).

6. The Promotional Gift Card and the Bonus Digital Gift Card will expire 2 years after the date of issue.

7. The Promotional Gift Card, Bonus Digital Gift Card and any digital gift cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: https://www.prezzee.co.nz/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: https://www.prezzee.co.nz/policies/terms-of-service/

Eligibility for Offer

8. The Promotion is open to legal residents of New Zealand over the age of 18 years at the time of participation. 

9. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a Promotional Gift Card with a face value of $150.00 on the New Zealand Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.co.nz during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase).

10. Within 48 hours of completing a Qualifying Purchase, the Bonus Digital Gift Card will be automatically sent to the email address associated with the customer’s Prezzee account.

11. Customers are limited to a single entry in the Promotion, and Bonus Digital Gift Cards are restricted to one (1) per customer. It is not permissible to redeem this offer more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices or robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

12. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family means spouses, ex-spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, siblings or step-siblings.

 Other Terms

12. By entering this Promotion, you hereby consent to sharing your personal information with the Promoter for the purposes of participation and redemption of this Promotion, acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Promotor’s privacy policy at https://www.prezzee.co.nz/policies/privacy-policy/ and website terms and conditions.

13. This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

14. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

15. vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;

a) at any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provide false information or fail to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or

b) to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the Offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the promotion.

 c) A Customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.

16. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any changes in their contact details. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails or the Bonus Digital Gift Card due to spam, junk-email, changes in contact details, or other security settings, for a customer’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

 17. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion or Bonus Digital Gift Card with a Digital Gift Card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
